A recent survey performed by Scott Rasmussen shows that 72 percent of voters favor expanding oil and gas drilling on government lands to enhance fossil fuel production and decrease the current energy prices. Twenty-one percent oppose expanding drilling, and 8 percent are unsure.
Thirty-nine percent strongly favor expanding oil and gas drilling while 9 percent strongly oppose.
